The brief
Four Seasons Hotel Groups created a print campaign that was managed from their global marketing headquarters based in the US. We provided cultural consultation and adapted the work, and also managed the local market's feedback and roll out of the campaign.
The challenge
Travellers from each country have different expectations from a hotel. The Japanese audience put service excellence as the priority and the Arabic market tend to look for the perfect setting to compliment a romantic holiday. Our in-market copywriters were given creative freedom to transcreate copy that achieved the appropriate tone of voice.
The outcome
We adapted the campaign successfully for Japan and Middle East and have given our cultural input in selecting the relevant visuals for the campaign.
